Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" of their personal information.

What counts as a "sale"

When you submit a lead form on CalcPier, your contact information (email, ZIP code, loan profile) may be shared with one or more mortgage lenders or lead marketplaces in exchange for compensation. Under CCPA, this is considered a "sale."

How to opt out

To opt out of the sale of your personal information, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell". We will process your request within 15 business days.

If you have already submitted a lead form and wish to have your information removed from our partners' systems, please include the email address you used and specify that you want to be removed from all marketing lists.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization.
